Howdy everyone! Tonight baby is going out with his friend from Apkhazia. They want me to come but I want some me time and just chill out with a movie and some home cooked food :) I will make tortellini tonight, an oldtime classic. 


And here are some reflections I have made on Turkey!


I love it here, there is always something happening like bakeries open 24 / 7 and people are very easy going. Things seems easier and less complicated here. 
You can make crazy bargains since clothes are so cheap. They have expensive stuff as well but if you look you can get great stuff cheap. Like 2 or 3 euros for tops and cardigans. perfumes 2.5 euro. I mean these are obviously fake but I don't mind. I got a fake LV bag the other month and it's fab!


And there are 3 millon people living in this city but it doesn't feel crowded, and it s right on the sea!
Never ending holiday for me!

On the down side there is no Christmas here and I feel a little bit isolated with out the language. I am learning Turkish but it's so hard!
And English speaking people are hard to come by!


I am lucky since both my flat mates speak English and Emirhans friends too. But it's not the easiest thing in the world to make my own friends. 


Now I will cook some food and snuggle up with Barsik while watching a movie.
